Jubilant Empire began long ago, as merely an idea. It was approximately 1999 and I had just
gotten into anime/manga, Sailor Moon being featured on Toonami after school.
The first of a few attempts to make a webpage was named (sadly)
Sailor Skye Angel's Sailor Moon Page,
which I put together using stolen backgrounds from the
Sailor Moon Graphics Toolbox and other sites.
When a second attempt was taken down, I tried to host a blog on my tripod space,
Ange Travaille au Noir, which worked for quite a few months.
I found the
SScom Forums and my love of design was
rekindled.
At this time, I found hosting through
Empry
who gave me webspace when I was fed up with Tripod's ads. For a brief amount of time,
Magnet Boy Designs was
hosted by
Shellby.
J-E.com was registered on November 18, 2003 with
NameCheap. It is currently
hosted by
HostRadius.
